As a notary, he undertakes the notarisation of important legal transactions and supports private individuals and companies with his broad expertise. Ralph Sigg sits on various boards of directors.

Attorney-client privilege

Everything you entrust to us is protected from anyone by the attorney-client privilege enshrined in law. The attorney-client privilege also applies to courts and all authorities in Switzerland and abroad.

Fee

At the beginning of a mandate, we provide information about the expected costs, their composition and the basis for calculation. Periodic invoices provide an ongoing overview of the work performed and the costs incurred. We agree a fixed hourly rate with you for our services as lawyers and tax experts. The agreed hourly rate takes into account the difficulty, urgency and the value of the interest or dispute.

Notary fees

Notarial fees are based on the Verordnung über die Beurkundungsgebühren (NG 268.12), which is binding for all notaries.
